Johnny Phillips is no stranger to Georgia. He is originally from the Metropolitan Atlanta Area. Johnny served in the Air Force for eight years as an Investigator and Security Forces officer. He attended his first year of law school at Mercer University and then went on to complete his Juris Doctor at Georgia State, where he graduated in the top five percent of his class.

Throughout the years of his career, Johnny has earned a number of prestigious accolades, including:

After earning his Associate in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force in 2003, Johnny attended Armstrong Atlantic State University where he earned his Bachelor of Liberal Studies in Political Science. He graduated magna cum laude in 2007, then went on to earn his J.D. from Georgia State University School of Law.

Before founding the Law Office of Johnny Phillips, Johnny gained valuable legal experience working at several law firms in the Atlanta area. He served as a legal assistant and litigation attorney, handling various aspects of clients’ cases, including filing lawsuits, drafting letters to opposing counsel, preparing for court, mediating, facilitating deposition motions, and handling countless other legal actions. As the founding attorney of the Law Office of Johnny Phillips, he works directly with the firm’s clients, handling every aspect of their cases.
